Bag training

I started doing bag training again and I do that for about at least 30 minutes. It’s been about 2 weeks now since the gyms in this country were allowed to open up for the public again after the lockdown that started early March this year and lasted till early July. In the beginning of the lockdown few people went out of their homes and I stayed home too. Later I did do some outdoor physical training like running and gymnastic exercises. But my overall physical condition is not yet on the same level as it was early March this year. In the gym I now focus on running, rowing and cycling for the long term physical condition and fitness for the short term physical condition. And about half an hour bag training. It will take a couple of weeks more before I’ll be back on my normal level of physical condition.
