Training session with Emin Lindeman October 2020 Training drills

I still do training sessions with my son Emin Lindeman. I start with a warmup of about 15 minutes and after that a training session which takes about one hour and 15 minutes. Training drills are a continuous repetition of movements until these movements become a reflex. Physical condition, balance, coordination, building up body speed, kicking and punching speed, increasing power kicks and punches, anticipation ( anticipating the movements and actions of the opponent), etc, are (among other) things I emphasize to work on. Emin just recently turned 20 years old this month October 2020 and he stil has it in him to become a good fighter. But it requires discipline to keep on training and time will tell if he will keep up with it.
